Presentation to Bong Recio, Frank Chiu (GK CSI), Ong Ailin (GK Hi), Guests from Tropical Environment and Grenzone

In the morning we had our studio crit as explained before, followed by another presentation session, this time to people who are already familiar with the project (except for the guests). All the way from The Philippines we flew in architect Bong and CSI head Frank Chui. During our visit to Enchanted farm and Manila we worked with both of them, so it was very nice seeing them again and discussing our progress. Ong Ailin is from GK Hope Initiative (GK Hi) and she is planning to occupy a social enterprise plot at Enchanted Farm. Our guests from Tropical Environment and Grenzone were here to give us some professional feedback in terms of landscaping and renewable solar energy .

This presentation went a bit smoother because we had the chance to improve some points from the one in the morning. We also slightly altered some parts because Bong, Frank and Aileen are familiar with Enchanted Farm. Although we did briefly explained what GK was all about to our guests from Tropical Environment and Grenzone. We were all very excited to show our new proposals in terms of program, sustainability, guidelines and infrastructure. Bong, Frank and Aileen were very happy with what we presented and complimented us for the hard work we put in the last couple of weeks. Every zone we discussed thoroughly, which sometimes resulted in changes to the masterplan.

Looking back on that day it was a very successful studio day with lots of input from ourselves and the visitors. This gave us a good push to finalize the masterplan. Hence we can continue by elaborating on all the buildings and zones individually.
